Snow White
Mary Margaret Blanchard
PERSONALITY Snow is considered to be one of the most benevolent people in Storybrooke. She sees the good in all people and often wants to help others with her charismatic passion for good. She is motherly and can rule a kingdom with not just logic, but her empathy and intuition. She usually assumes the best in others which can get her into terrible situations, such as The Dark Curse. However, she still sees good in situations such as The Dark Curse. She is an advocate for the whole concept of good and can tirelessly fight for something that she deems right. She is sly and can hide away from people if she feels threatened. She can be stubborn when it comes to some situations. Some of the best traits that Snow has can be her greatest weaknesses but can also be her great strengths as well, such as love. She has a way to speak to animals, using empathy as well as compassion to get what she needs. She looks for the best in situations and has intuition. She can change people to have a positive feeling towards her by just her words alone. (The Huntsman, Emma, etc.) HISTORY Snow White was born a princess, with Queen Eva and King Leopold having great expectations from her. She grew up with a kind heart and usually everyone who crossed her path liked her. She eventually found and married Prince David and happily had a child that she named Emma. Eventually, all was not well. She spent most of her life running away from her step-mother, Regina. She had been upset at Snow for telling a secret to Cora when she had only been a child. She had good intentions, but this wasn't enough for Regina. So after Snow and David's wedding, Regina enacted a curse to send her and everyone else to a small town called Storybrooke. Storybrooke and beyond After she appeared during Storybrooke, she took the pseudonym Mary Margaret Blanchard and worked as a school-teacher in Storybrooke's Elementary School. She gave Henry Mills, Regina's son, a storybook. After giving him the storybook, he immediately tracked down his birth mother (Snow's child) named Emma and sent her to Storybrooke with him. After being in Storybrooke, the curse was broken by Henry and Emma. Snow was sent back to the Enchanted Forest during the second curse and became pregnant with Neal, Charming and Snow's second child. She was sent back to Storybrooke and had Neal Nolan. During an alternate reality created by the previous Author, Snow White's happy ending was destroyed and she became the Evil Queen. After Regina's sacrifice, the AU was broken and Emma Swan became the Dark One. When Emma became the Dark One, she was teleported to the Enchanted Forest. There, Snow and other members of her family came by putting Granny's Diner in a tornado. While being in Camelot, Snow discovered Lancelot and saw that Arthur was trying to betray David and her daughter. This ultimately led to Emma Swan fighting King Arthur. However, Arthur badly injured Killian with the Excalibur. Saving Killian's life, Emma binded Killian to Excalibur, making Killian also a Dark One. For a few weeks, Emma had the entire town cursed. Killian eventually figured of what happened to him in the Enchanted Forest. This angered him, so he turned on Emma and summoned all of the Dark Ones to Storybrooke. During this, Killian was killed and Rumpelstiltskin became the Dark One again. Emma was also back to her normal self. After this happened, Emma insisted on going into the Underworld to save Killian. Mary Margaret went with her on her quest to save her true love. RP SAMPLE Mary Margaret wasn't foolish enough to just let Zelena leave, she still felt like she had to empathize with her as well. She wanted to see the good in Zelena and she knew there was quite a bit. Zelena was selfish, yes, and had a bit of a self-absorbed streak to her anger. She was familiar with this sort of complex, and ironically enough, it came from Regina. Even though they were separated, Regina and Zelena had strikingly similar resemblances when it came to their sensitivity. Mary Margaret knew that Zelena would probably keep a grudge on Regina and Cora for as long as she lived. Mary Margaret felt this way about Regina. She knew that Regina would probably never feel any love or compassion to Snow after what she did. However, she did feel like Regina was more accepting of her now, despite their past. She wanted Zelena to see the light of the situation. Yes, Regina had a life with the Mills family, but Zelena had a lot of good things happen to her, surely. There can always be something positive in something that is negative. Snow didn't always want to seem overly cheerful or optimistic, but with Zelena's rigid structure, if she said one thing that may seem threatening, there would be no way to get Zelena to trust her. She needed trust for a friendship to develop. Mary Margaret was familiar with villains being manipulative in situations to get what they wanted. In fact, Regina had done this to her on many occasions while she was locked up, such as the time Regina was almost sentenced to death. However, there were secrets about Zelena's past that Snow knew. There were things that she was ashamed of knowing. "I'm sorry for what Cora did to you. But I just wanted you to know that it wasn't completely her fault. She wanted you to have the best life imaginable, to give you your best chance. Believing in even the possibility of a happy ending is a very powerful thing, especially for your child." Mary Margaret paused, looking at Zelena. She tended to speak quite a bit, as there was much she wanted to say to Zelena. "I'd also like to add that what happened to you wasn't just Cora's fault. In fact, it may have not been her fault at all... My mother, Queen Eva, told a secret, much like my own mistake with Regina. My mother was the reason Cora sent you away." |
