Zelena walked into the hospital feeling in a vaguely happy mood. Things seemed to be going well for her and she actually had a few promising starts where such things had not been possible before. She really had nothing pressing on her mind, no villainous plan taking her attention. The sleepy hospital here saw more than its fair share of emergencies, all things considered. It was nice that the curse took personal injury into consideration when it crossed over. She wasn't hurt today and she wasn't seeking to hurt anyone.
Really, this was just a social visit.
Her green eyes scanned the premises for Dr. Whale, carrying a bottle of wine in one hand and a basket in the other. Poor dear really didn't eat as well as he could. Nurses scattered in her wake but no on tried to stop her from progressing, which was a marvelously wise decision on their parts. She really didn't want to have to wreck anything on her day off. Spotting the blond she smiled, moving toward him coming out of a patient's room. It seemed slow enough he could take a break, so she didn't mind interrupting.
"Whale, dear, I've come to rescue you. Just a visit, I promise."
She held up the basket to reassure him.
The witch was not romantically interested in the doctor, that much was certain, but they had a sort understanding that was rare in this town. It amused her; he amused her. They were what she would consider friends, if she stopped to consider it at all. She usually didn't, though, and just thought of him as someone to talk to: one of the few people in this town that she didn't want to immediately dismember. They were rare commodities.
"Do you have time for lunch?"
