Zelena left him alone a few days to stew. There was no one she had for him to threaten, no one he knew of, so she felt reasonably safe. She kept her profile low and stayed mostly out of sight in case his vengeful side was in full kick. That made him dangerous, either as a junkie trying to avoid his fix or as a full swing Dark One without a heart to navigate by. Either way, he was in more than an opportune position to make those he cared for suffer for his sins.
And the more they suffered the closer he came to telling her what she wanted to know.
She appeared at the town line again, preferring to keep their confrontations away from other people for quite a few reasons, not the least of which was that she didn't want Mufasa or Neal finding out what she was up to. Neal would not understand, for obvious reasons but Mufasa...she had this nagging feeling in the pit of her stomach that she didn't want to let him down. He seemed to believe so much good in her and though she wasn't behaving well, she didn't want him to know that.
The witch shook the thought away as she looked up at the moon, taking the beating heart from its place beneath her coat. She kept it out of sight, mostly because it seemed to glow it was so white. Now she brought it to her lips and whispered for Rumple to come to her, interrupting whatever it was that he was up to. She didn't really care, so long as he came and behaved like a good boy. As much fun as punishing him had been last time things were so much easier when he obeyed.
"Hello, Rumple. I trust you've enjoyed your time to think things over. Are you ready to tell me what I want to know yet?"
