The King of the Pridelands made his way to the Pawn shop after almost an hour of searching the forest helplessly for the lion that had stolen his girlfriend. There was no trail, somehow, despite the size of the beast, and even a seasoned hunter like Mufasa was unable to track the monster after a certain distance. It was like they had just disappeared, into the fog of the forest, and he could not pick the trail up despite his many attempts. The very last thing he wanted to do was leave the area, leave her with that monster, but without help he was going to be unable to rescue her.
He knew that monster was stronger than him, after their short fight. It seemed impervious to injuries and to magic as well. There were very few options left, but Mufasa knew he had at least one small hope in the most basic of fighting forms: brute strength. If he could not stab or shoot the thing, then he would have to beat it with bare fists.
And to do that, he was going to need more strength. There was only one man, despite how small and weak he was in person, that could aid in this quest.
Slamming the door open, swinging it back so hard on its hinges that it smashed into the wall with a disruptive and rather angry ring of its bell, which then fell off and rolled across the floor, Mufasa moved into the shop with a purpose. He looked around, spotting the proprietor at his usual station, standing behind the cash register as if he expected someone might actually buy something from this place one of these days.
"Rumplestiltskin! I need your aid!"
Mufasa all but ran to the counter, slamming his palms down on it and leaning toward Rumple in his haste and panic.
"A giant beast, a lion, has taken Zelena captive! It cannot be injured by magic or weapon, and I need the ability to be able to fight it. Surely you have something here that can help me? And to find it: it has hidden itself somewhere. I have very little time, she is great danger! Please! I will consider all debts between us settled, and begin anew in your debt and favor following, if you can help me in this!"
