At this point, Snow's life almost seemed like it'd never become easy. Well, with hope, she could get through any situation with ease. At times, such as taking that forgetting potion, she lost reality, meaning, and most importantly, herself. Her true love was Charming. Regina wouldn't keep her grudge from trying to destroy Snow's happy ending. Why couldn't they ever just get along?
Well, Regina seemed rotten to the core to many people. But to Snow, to Snow she saw something different. Of course, she was saving that dark fairy dust to use on Regina, but her plans faltered as soon as she saved Charming. Suddenly, now that love was back in her life, she felt a certain motive that she didn't have before. She felt like she had to obtain the love of the people to destroy the strength the Evil Queen had gained.
Good would win. It always did. But Snow had hurt Regina, hurt too many people. She knew that she wasn't perfect, even though so many people saw her as just that. It was difficult being the desired representation of the population. At times she felt like retreating back to the small cottage in the middle of the woods.
Regina would be a totally different person with the slightest bit of love in her life. If she had someone who cared about her, she'd have something to lose. In reality, somewhere deep down, Snow cared about Regina. But at this moment, in her life, it was difficult to. Regina didn't have her trust and she definitely didn't want to change. But Snow did still see the good Regina had shown when Snow was saved by her.
Regina had maternal issues. She was raised by the most corrupt person in the land, apart from Rumpelstiltskin himself. But Regina ended up replicating the thing she hated most in the world. The only difference is that she was probably even more dangerous with her heart.
Snow was definitely more powerful having love in her life. Perhaps the Mills' family would still be together if Cora had realized that love was the greatest strength of all. It made every other strength in your personality amplify. It kept her drive up to find Charming. She had to be with him, because when they were together, their essence of love created something powerful. Something that was almost like magic.
Snow didn't want to face Regina. Facing her would mean that she was giving up, because in reality, Snow had the biggest ambition in the Enchanted Forest. She wouldn't give up, because she had her future to protect. A future that possibly meant an entire family to look forward to. That future could also include Regina's happiness.
Taking a cautious movement, Snow pulled out her bow and arrow, looking to see if Regina would be alone. She wouldn't be afraid to leave. Regina promised to be alone, and if she wasn't, there would be hell to pay.
